Martin Backhausen works with some of the most well-known musicians in this role, arranging compositions, managing recording sessions, and even suggesting and improving musical effects, instruments, and lyrics. Martin Backhausen likes identifying and developing fresh talent when he isn't managing project finances, coordinating musical arrangements, or creating songs.

Martin Backhausen pursued a Master of Music in Music Production at Berklee Online after receiving his B.S. from Full Sail University. The power of DAW-based music technology was merged with the most inventive, creative music production approaches in this graduate program. Backhausen received training in sophisticated mastering, mixing, and recording techniques as part of the curriculum. The training also focused on essential aspects such as independent producer business sustainability, audio for visual media, and vocal production. Martin Backhausen now combines his inherent musical skill with his academic schooling to produce magic both in and out of the studio.

The music never stops for Martin Backhausen! While writing music for an upcoming musician in the Orlando, FL region in 2004, he met a young cinematography student who would soon become his wife. The two instantly hit a chord and had perfect intonation. Although his wife, Brenda, was more interested in film and cinema, the two had a strong love and enthusiasm for the arts and creativity. Martin and Brenda married in 2009 and had their first child, a boy, in 2013. The Backhausens then brought boy and girl twins into the mix in 2015.

The Backhausens are, as one might expect, a musically and artistically minded family. Martin Backhausen's eldest son, James, follows in his father's footsteps and has a strong musical interest. James frequently visits the recording studio with his father and has a strong interest in musical creation and production. While the twins are still young, they are both quite involved in the local little theater and have their own YouTube channel, which is gradually gaining a large audience.
